Chloe Jansz is the Nursing Service Director of Healthcare United. Chloe is a Nurse Practitioner endorsed under the 3 notations, Acute and Supportive Care, Primary Care and Aged Care. Chloe is a Lecturer in the Bachelor of Nursing Course at Swinburne University and the Chair of the Wounds Australia Membership Portfolio.
Chloe is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator with the ADEA and is doing her PhD in the barriers and facilitators of patient concordance in compression therapy. Chloe is both an Australian and International speaker on wound management.
Jamie is a Nurse Practitioner endorsed with holding an Acute and Supportive Care notation. Jamie did her training in Nebraska, USA. In the advanced practice role, she specialised in joint arthroplasty and cardiothoracic surgery as an acute care nurse practitioner managing the care of the patient undergoing surgery from admission through discharge. With this advanced knowledge and training, Jamie brings her passion and advanced practice skills to acute and chronic wound management.
Jamie has vast experience in the aeitology that creates wounds, and therefore, is able to comprehensively manage the care of the person in a patient-centred, quality approach.
Another passion of Jamie’s is education. Jamie has been a university lecturer for over 5 years, in a variety of nursing degrees in a number of tertiary universities within Victoria, including Monash University, Deakin University and is currently on staff with Swinburne University of Technology. She values the nursing profession and finds that academia is a great avenue to enhance the profession and be a part of educating future nurses.

Sarah has been a nurse for 18 years and working in Wound Management for 10 years. She coordinates the Royal Melbourne Hospital Chronic Wound Service and wound CNC team. She has been involved in 2 RCTs on prophylactic dressings and pressure injury development. Her current areas of focus are barriers system design to promote patient and staff safety, patient directed goal setting in chronic wound management and extending the role of the advanced practice wound nurse. Sarah holds post-graduate degree in wound management and has formal training in lymphedema management and motivational interviewing is currently undertaking a Masters of Advanced Nursing Practice. Sarah has a long passion for chronic wounds, being both an Australian and International conference speaker.
Jay is a Registered Nurse with 8+ years experience in Paediatric Care at The Northern Hospital, GP Practice and School Nursing. Jay is also a lecturer and clinical facilitator at RMIT University. Jay manages wounds on a daily basis at the GP clinic, as a school nurse and in the paediatric ward at the Northern hospital. Jay is an advanced clinical specialist in wound management, Jay brings passion, empathy, along with always going above and beyond.

Mentoring for Credentialed Diabetes Educator
Ripan has been working in aged care and hospital settings, at different levels, for over 10 years. Ripan is a qualified diabetes educator working towards credentialing. Ripan has been managing acute and chronic wounds, especially in the elderly, on a daily basis in a variety of settings. Ripan has also helped in educating patients and families on effective management of diabetes. His knowledge and experience gained through ongoing aged care and hospital clinical practice has accommodated him with the skills to assess and provide the best quality care to his patients whether it be managing wounds, diabetes or general clinical nursing.
Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics
Graduated with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics from LaTrobe University in 2011. Hong has worked in Parramatta Sydney as a new graduate sole Orthotist for Northcott Disability Services specialising in custom AFOs and KAFOs. Hong then moved back to Melbourne to work for Orthopaedic Appliances Pty Ltd (OAPL) for five years. Hong has worked both private, public and third party working at various clinics and major hospitals around metropolitan Melbourne including; The Royal Melbourne Hospital, Peter Mac, Eastern Health, Western Health and the Epworth. Hong is passionate about preventative treatments and assisting patients to remain independent and have quality of life, to not be limited by any disability, but to enhance a-bility.

Our pricing model works on a per hour basis, starting at an out of pocket expense to patients as low as $70 AUD dollars per hour.
