Mechanism Of Action – Biatain Ibu is a soft, flexible absorbent foam dressing containing ibuprofen, to allow pain management.
Recommended use– Biatain Ibu is ideal for chronic severely painful wounds.
Regime – Biatain Ibu can be left on for up to seven days, depending on the level of exudate.
Precautions – If clinical signs of infection are present Biatain Ibu should be used with an antimicrobial. Dressing should not be used on individuals who are sensitive, have an allergy too or on other medication that NSAIDs therapy is contraindicated.
